Fish Fest Pomorie

The Municipality of Pomorie and the Public Club "Prosveta 1888" are organizing the Fish Fest "Pomorie" for the city's citizens and visitors, which starts on Thursday, July 24, 2025.
Through concerts, fish dish demonstrations, theatrical sketches, and kid-friendly activities, the festival aims to showcase a portion of fishermen's lives and craft. For the third year in a row, the festival is being held with the goal of promoting and fostering the growth of fishing within the Pomorie municipality. The "Fish Fest" art plein air event at the City Art Gallery "Dechko Stoev" kicks off the event at 4:00 p.m. on July 24.

On July 25, the event will take place on the square known as "St. St. Cyril and Methodius" at 8:00 p.m., and there will be a wine and fish tasting. You will learn more about "The Sea - the Biggest Event" at 8:30 p.m. when local theatergoers and the well-known vocal trio "Deja Vu" deliver a theatrical and musical presentation. As has become an expected tradition, the Burgas trio "Deja Vu"—Miro Stanchev, Branimir Nedkov, and Drajo Boshnakov—will perform for both city residents and visitors. The three boys will perform fresh vocal arrangements of world pop and rock hits, Bulgarian and Balkan music, and their own original compositions. They are able to blend mainstream singing with an operatic quality. DEJA VU often gives concerts both in Bulgaria and beyond. Their original songs are featured on BG Radio's schedule and hold a respectable position.

There will be kid-friendly activities on Saturday, July 26, 2025. "The Goldfish" will start at 11:00 a.m. in the area surrounding the gallery. It's a fun event that includes kid-friendly games, competitions, and drawings. At 6:00 p.m., an exhibition of the plein air pieces will also be shown.
