Burgas is the leader in growth of property transactions in Bulgaria.
  SI reports a 16% year-on-year appreciation of housing in the country in the first quarter of 2024 compared to the same period in 2023, with real estate transactions increasing by 8.7%. This is due to the huge interest in property as a type of investment.
